There is a new version of the CIFS spec available at

Here's a summary of the major changes

Section on TreeConnect (4.1.4) has been updated.

Section 4.1.6 Transact2_Query_FS_Information has been updated. The
structure defns are now explained by a little more verbose text.
Structure defns updated for alignment problems

Section 4.2.1 NT_Create_AndX has been updated

Section 4.2.4 ReadAndX has been updated/moved

Section on Transact2_FindFirst has been updated

Some SMBs have been moved into the obsolescent section, and the section
has been re-ordered.
