This did the trick.  Oh well, that's the problem with being spoonfed all the
time.  You tend to forget the basic stuff.  Thanks to everybody who replied.
BTW, adding ATLIMPL.CPP did not work.  It turns out that ATLIMPL.CPP
requires ATLBASE.H to be included first.
