This is a very good idea. With the launch of the source code this would be possible
for every programmer. How about a little letter in a box in front of the link (in the
chrome). If the mouse is over a link that will open in a new domain, the letter could
be "D", a new documend "N" and so on. If it is a new window´that would pop up, this
letter could additionally get red.

There is just one problem: JavaScript, CGI and so on. The browser can't check out
every (uncompiled) script if it would open a window - and this in no-time. Let's
override this one with a simple "S" for script.
