Subject:    Cant open Html Page With an Applet (only when using IE4 )

I have writen a CGI which opens an HTML page  with an applet .
The problems starts when i try to use IE4 .
The page change himself to the one i am writing from the CGI
but the applet show up only when i press the IE4 BROWSER STOP button.
Why is that why i can do it with Netscape 4.5.....and wit h
IE5 but not with IE4

**I am looking for that answare along time
hope some one can help.
