Subject:    Problem with 1998-10-08 tar file

I am having problems unpacking the tar archive for Win32
using the 1998-10-08 version of the tar file.

The last time I downloaded the source, it was in zip format. I'm
not as familiar with the tar format.

tar: mozilla/cmd/xfe/plugins/test/100%.html: Could not change access

Am I using tar correctly? Or is there something wrong with the
distribution?
