Thanks for the info.  Just having a file name to look for helps
tremendously.  Thanks for the links as well.

In case anyone's interested, I did find a place where mklinux-1.0b2
can still be downloaded:

Actually, you might be interested in checking out their web site
anyway (http://linux.if.usp.br); it's the University of San Paulo's
Linux/free software startup.  They have quite a decent archive, and it
looks like they want to keep growing and to make their presence known.
If you don't read Portugese, you can get a rough translation through
Babelfish at http://babelfish.altavista.digital.com/
