Hello,

Does anyone have information on the best ways to measure bandwidth of a
dial-up internet connection?  I want to do some testing of the actual
connection speeds in various branches of Grameen Koota (versus what the
ISP claims).  

Has anyone had experience with bandwidth testing tools available on 
various sites on the net?  Are there any that are better than others?
Are they reliable?
