Hi Guys.

I'm currently updating the bugtracker to a new version (Mantis 0.17.3)
due to the whole bunch of new features it offers. You'll like it.

During the update the Bugtracker will be disabled, so don't bother with
the Forbidden Errors you'll be receiving.
