Summary:              Missing backticks in configure.in
Description: 
Lines 85 and 86 of the configure.in script for midgard-lib are missing
backticks around the call to the glib-config program ($GLIBCONFIG). 
Resulting compiler command line arguments are incorrect, causing configure
to fail with misleading message about missing libcrypt.
