Are you sure you added it correctly? I can confirm that the PPNode_DOM
class is not used when this configuration option has been set.

Remember that custom settings must be put *after* the inclusion of
DefaultSettings.php, or they will be blown away by the defaults.

I strongly recommend doing that in general; 5.0.5 is old, buggy, and
full of security holes. :)
