- Gwenview
- No fax software
- TaskJuggler instead of Planner (or no project management software at all)
- Konversation instead of KsIRC
- Ktorrent
- No more HTML editor like nvu
- KPowersave
- No games / toys
- Starter guide installed by default in "documentation" and links to
it in the default browser homepage
