description:
1. I called pmsuspend2 to suspend the machine to disk.
2. The machine suspended and shut down.
3. When I turn machine back on I get the follow message and the system hangs:

Waiting for DMAs to settle down...
double fault, gdt at c0322f40 [255 bytes]
double fault, tss at c0398800
eip = c011d09, esp = d6c0004

4. I can only boot if I disable resume (with "linux noresume" or by modifying
lilo.conf), but my swap is no longer enabled.

My two problems are:

First: How do I get my swap back? and
Second: How do I get resume to work?
