I'm closing this bug, but the bad thing is that 10.1 OE shipped with it :(

Steps to reproduce: 
- Create a new user 
- Login as this user and open Konqueror 
- Go to Settings / Configure Toolbars 
- In the drop down list choose Location bar (searchbar) 
- In the right pane click on "Search bar" and then click on the button with 
arrow left to remove it 
- Click on Apply 
 
The Konqueror will crash (backtrace follows). 
 
Next time you start Konqueror there will be no search in the toolbar - but it 
will appear in its own window which cannot be closed!! (it is created again 
every time you click refresh or open any other page in Konqueror)
