I often log into Mandrake remotely using SSH that runs under cygwin.
Cygwin advertises its terminal emulator as being of type cygwin.  In
the past, I've always had to find a copy of the cygwin terminfo file
by myself, and install it.  

I was wondering --- has this been addressed in cooker?  If not, I
would be happy to pass on the cygwin terminfo file to whoever's
maintaining it....
