I'm pretty sure this was reported a while ago, but it's still here:

[root@polop kdm]# rpm -qf /usr/share/config/kdm/kdmrc
kdebase-2.2.2-68mdk

Lines 38 and 39 in /usr/share/config/kdm/kdmrc
SystemPath=/usr//bin:/sbin:/usr/sbin:/bin:/usr/bin::/usr/local/bin
UserPath=/usr//bin:/bin:/usr/bin::/usr/local/bin

I'm sure these are supposed to be:
SystemPath=/usr/X11R6/bin:/sbin:/usr/sbin:/bin:/usr/bin:/usr/local/bin
UserPath=/usr/X11R6/bin:/bin:/usr/bin:/usr/local/bin

And I know some people will disagree with me, but I think the proper
path order should be /usr/local/bin:/usr/X11R6/bin:/usr/bin:/bin
