Subject:    Majordomo inserts precedence into text of post

Can anyone help me with these 2 problems:

(1) On moderated lists Majordomo inserts "Precedence: bulk" in the middle 
of the text of a post after it is approved.

(2) On moderated list there is no subject line perserved through the 
approval process.
