No, I don't think we have rpms for Bengali.

Basic stuff to read first

especially the RPM-HOWTO:

and the Maximum RPM book:

    http://www.rpm.org/max-rpm/

For most simple packages that should be almost sufficient.

There are some additional conventions which should be observed
for SuSE packages, but don't worry about that at the beginning.

If your packages don't have scripts in /etc/init.d/ to start something
during booting and don't contain Kernel modules or other rather
unusual stuff, there is not so much to worry about. 

If you have something which works, and want to contribute it
to SuSE Linux, just send it to me and we can discuss it.
