natbib will work with your bib file done in JabRef. 

Have you read the LyX wiki : http://wiki.lyx.org/BibTeX/BibTeX

I would also strongly recommend reading a good introduction to managing 
citations in LaTeX like chapter 12 and 13 of the LaTeX Companion (maybe it 
is translated in Portuguese).

Finally, like another poster said in the thread, without some example files, 
we cannot help you.
