  When it took less than 2 seconds,first lp RECV
'lp'displays,then lp SERVER 'lp'
and lp (Work print) almost displays simultaous.
At this time ,the result of ping is about 20usec.
(Both client and server are at a same cisco 
2950 switch.)

 When it took 92 seconds,i've found that :
after 12 seconds,use ps -ax,it displays 
lp RECV 'lp',and after 50 seconds,it displays
lp SERVER 'lp',and  after92 seconds,then 
lp (Worker print) 'lp' displays.At this time,
ping from client(RH 7.1) to server ,the 
result is about 10ms.
(The distance between client and server is about
200 metres.)

   As for the second,why the state lp RECV 'lp'
changed to lp SERVER 'lp' took so long time ?

   I've reference Q179156,and edit the registery,
but couldn't resolve my problem.


   I'm urgent.
