The F5's aren't going to be able to authenticate using Windows
Integrated Authentication. You'll need to disable Windows Integrated
Authentication within IIS for the page that you're monitoring.

Subject: [load balancing] F5 LTM 9.x HTTP monitor

Hello all. Does anyone have any experience writing an HTTP monitor that
follows a 302 redirect? I know I can set the monitor up to poll the
specific page that I'm redirecting to but I'd like to have a generic
monitor that I can use for all sites.

Also does anyone have any experience in an HTTP monitor for an IIS site
that is using integrated authentication? Typically our HTTP monitor
checks for the 200 OK status response but on these sites we get a 401
authorization required.

I may need to create an external monitor for this but I lack that
experience. Any help is appreciated.

Jeff
