Hi all
 
I use D-link DWL122,the following command is used to set the card on ad-hoc mode:

wlanctl-ng wlan0 dot11req_start ssid=mywlan bsstype=independent beaconperiod=100     \
dtimperiod=3 cfpollable=false cfpollreq=false cfpperiod=3 cfpmaxduration=100 \
probedelay=100 dschannel=6 basicrate1=2 basicrate2=4 operationalrate1=2 \
operationalrate2=4 operationalrate3=11 operationalrate4=22

And it took a long time to connect another PC(with different ssid) when I change the \
ssid with the command. Can I change the value of some parameters(such as \
beaconperiod=10 etc.) in order to improve the performance?If not,is there any other \
way to improve the performance?
