I'm trying to use a dlink dwl 122 usb adapter on my ibook G4.
My distro is a debian testing, using 2.6.10.3 (created by hand, not with the
"deb" way).
I've downloaded latest version of linux wlan-ng (0.2.2) and I've successfully
compiled it.
Using kismet I'm able to see my access point, but I'm unable to connect to it.
I've properly configured all linux wlan options but the the card isn't able to
associate to the access point.
The access point has no wep and no mac-filtering. I've tried the usb adapter
under windows and I got no problems (in fact it took a little to finish the
operation, but after the card worked fine).
Here's the output of syslog when I plug the card:

with /sbin/ifup
Searching on google I discovered that, after the last line, I should see
somthing like "CONNECT".
After lots of minutes the card isn't associated and iwconfig shows :
wlan0 IEEE 802.11-DS ESSID:"hola" Nickname:"hola"
Mode:Auto Frequency:2.422 GHz Access Point: 00:00:00:00:00:00

Encryption key:off

Rx invalid nwid:0 Rx invalid crypt:0 Rx invalid frag:0

Any hint?
Cheers
Flavio
PS: I got the same problem with linux wlan 0.2.1-pre26 in association with
other kernel (I've always tried with the 2.6 series)
