The Keyspan PDA adapter is a general purpose serial port under Linux.  It
does seem to be limited to 57600 bps at most.  It should work with the Irman.

Greg Kroah-Hartman should know about the other Keyspan devices; he just recently
added new drivers for more Keyspan devices.
