Hi ... i've seen this warning during kernel boot.

If i can help you, in attach there is my dmesg :)

The motherboard is an Abit KX7-333, i've enabled APIC with MPS 1.4 in
the BIOS anche I/O APIC + Local APIC in the Linux Kernel Release 2.4.20
