This page is actually on the CITI linux-nfs.org site, so I don't have
access to it, but I thought it looked really useful for what we're doing
so included a link. You should mention this issue on the
nfsv4@linux.nfs.org mailing list. The page may be a bit dated so could
probably use updating.
