hi there,

most recent tests show us, that the "blocked mailbox" error can be 
triggered independently of the controller generation (PERC2/DC, PERC3/DC, 
PERC3/QC), the server mainboard (PE 8450, 6450, 2450/2550) or speed (33/66 
MHz) or width (32/64) of the PCI slot, and th cache settings (cached I/O / 
direct I/O, resp. write through / write back).

Is there anyone who was able to reproduce the error?
