Actually, it can be just as easily reproduced with 4GB, you maybe have
to wait a bit longer, I don't know. Remember: Use the distributed.net
client, renice its processes to -19 and run dt like this:

dt bs=819200 dsize=4096 odtype=disk procs=1 runtime=1200 <file>

where <file> is the file of choice (a real file to do normal I/O or a
raw device).
