What are you using as your dumb terminal?  The easiest way to do it is to
use another Mac, since any standard Mac serial cable will work to connect
the two of them.  The 7200 should do nicely.  Just hook the cable between
the modem ports of the computers, and download ZTerm or some other free
terminal utility on the 7200.  Set "debug=ser" in the command line on the
150.  In Penguin 19, select the serial ports to be at 9600 bps, 8N1.  set
the same settings on the 7200.  Then, all messages should be redirected to
the 7200.

More info on what is wrong with the 150 would be very helpful.
