I assume you want to move resources around if the ethernet connected to the 
machine (node1 or node2) in question stops being connected to the outside world?

If both services were running on node1 (or node2), then the answer would be yes.

But, that doesn't sound like what you want.  This is something I've been 
working on for the last few days...

The answer is:
	for the current production code:	no
	For the current beta code		yes with some work
	For the current CVS code		getting very close
	For near-future CVS code		yes
	For the next beta			probably yes
