Hi, Rommel,

after several reboots I could finally get the configuration
linux-2.0.29 + atm-0.31 + frle-0.22 run.

I use currently PVC with clip. I could ping and ftp between the linux
and a Solaris 2.5.1. But if I try to set up the QoS of this pvc by using
"atmarp -s solarus vpi.vci qos ubr:max_pcr=100kbps", it seems not to work.
Whatever I set the PCR, I got everytime almost the same rate at 20 mbps
for ftp.

Do you have any tips?

Tips from anybody else who has made experience on setting up qos with
frle-0.22 are also very appreciated.
