You can use the Qt5 version of your system if it's recent enough.
You need at least Qt5.2.x (stable branch).

Note, that git://anongit.kde.org/qt/qt5.git is currently broken.
If you want to build Qt5 yourself, use

  $ git clone git://gitorious.org/qt/qt5.git --branch stable

and then proceed with the howto from 
http://community.kde.org/Frameworks/Building#Qt_5
