Here I get this modificators, always, Save is always active, but only if the document \
was altered, it is marked as changed (both in the sidebar and in the titlebar...)

Therefor, if you can't show me a way to reproduce the missing "modified" markers, I \
really can't help you, sorry.

Disabling save is a no go, there are many use cases, where you want to save the file, \
even if no changes are made. (You can delete the file from the outside or overwrite \
it and may have no file-changed notification (over NFS for example) and just want to \
rewrite it back..., and other things like that...) \
