Ok, it looks like www.kde.org. Apart from not respceting the users font 
configuration, www.kde.org works resonably well.

I do think using good HTML practice matters, for many reasons. If there are 
browsers not supporting that well, it is good we live in a free world and 
does not *have* to use those.
