I am using Exceed V7.0 (on Windows) as my X server. I am having a strange problem \
with selecting characters using the keyboard. Whenever I hold down the SHIFT key, and \
try to select text using the arrow keys, nothing happens. (I can select text using \
the mouse, and I can use the SHIFT+arrow technique in other applications, such as \
"gedit"). _______________________________________________
