I've created an updated syntax highlighting description for Microchip PIC
microprocessor assembler. I'll attach a diff to this report. The main change
is that the file now handles the instruction set of the newer 18-series PICs,
but there are a few other changes as well. I can provide a detailed list if
anybody wishes it.
