Package: kwrite
Version: unknown (using KDE 2.2.2 -1)
Severity: normal
Installed from: Red Hat Linux 7.2
Compiler: gcc version 2.96 20000731 (Red Hat Linux 7.1 2.96-98)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.3-12
OS/Compiler notes:

Just like Koffice, konqueror, Kwrite is also good at ignoring icon themes; here's how:

0. open kwrite
1. open 'kcmshell icons'
2. change 'icon theme' to 'technical-1' or 'hicolor default' and vice-versa
3. you can see that kwrite's toolbar get only three icons changed
4. those are 'filenew', 'fileopen', and 'fileprint'
5. Need to say about menu items' icons?
6. remaining icons stay as usual (of last theme).
