The porpuse of this script is to unbreak the Plasma Active powered device i=
f you switch in e.g. Okular to fullscreen. As Okular has the exit fullscree=
n in a panel you have to hit with the mouse you cannot leave fullscreen. Th=
is script changes the size of the fullscreen window to have a few pixels of=
the panel still visible so that you can go back from fullscreen.
It is a workaround for a very specific case in Plasma Active and not intend=
ed to be used on desktop (that's why it is hidden from the KCM).
