hello,

i was reading some kwin code and i have a few questions.

1.

a)when i add some debug code to taskbarthumbnail.cpp (qdebug or kdebug(1212)) 
the output is an infinite loop.i would understand this if there wasn't the b 
question..

b)i am using in my kde dev enviroment only the login and taskthumbarnail 
effects.when i give kwin --replace i receive a normal output but without 
anything regarding "Login::foo" or "TaskBarThumbnail::foo".
So how it is possible not to receive any output regarding these effects when 
they work correctly?And why (look at 1a) when i add debug code to them they 
are executed all the time?

2.some of the output of kwin --replace,

this is some code regarding kwin,
at the "openGL version" i see "3.3".Martin said that kwin devs will port kwin 
effect to openGL 3 at 4.7,so kwin know doesn't use openGL 3.In kwin --replace
output why it is "openGL version 3.3"?
