Hi,

while working a lot with the bugtracker this weekend I noticed again that our 
components are bad and do not match would KWin provides nowadays. Therefore I 
drafted a proposal for new bugzilla components in 
http://community.kde.org/KWin/Bugzilla

Please have a look at it, change it, extend it, remove stuff and so on :-) Iff 
we change to it, I would to a great deal take care of triaging the bugs 
together with some more bug days.
