In KDE SC 4.2 and 4.3 you needed to drag the window across to the other screen
as well. I.e. when quick maximization is disabled the behaviour of moving
maximized windows between screens is identical to what it was in previous
releases. If mouse gestures were added they definitely never reached upstream.
