kwin hot corners TOP (configured to show dashboard on the left and present
windows on right corner) after changing from dual screen setup to single screen
setup as below. moving the mouse to top left corner does not trigger 'show
dashboard' but if i keep moving the mouse outside the monitor towards the left
(adding the resolution of the second monitor) the hot corner is triggered.

It seems kwin still remembers that there is another monitor. If the single
monitor is connected to the right DVI interface the left hot corner becomes out
of the current monitor. If i connect the single monitor to the left dvi
interface then the right hot corner is out of the present monitor.

1. dual screen setup then ./startkde
2. turned off pc to transport to another location with only 1 monitor (right
dvi interface connected)
3. upon xserver startup with the nvidia driver correctly shows 1 screen
4. ./startkde 
5. try left hot corner - missing - keep moving the mouse towards the left
(total mouse moving distance = left top corner of current monitor + screen
resolution of the left monitor) only then you trigger the left hot corner

latest kde-qt git: 4.6-branch
