Here come the steps to reproduce the bug:

1) Start konqueror and open any video on http://www.youtube.com
2) Switch this video to fullscreen (square icon on the right bottom)
3) Switch back to konqueror
4) Now try switching to any other application or press Alt+F2 to start another application
5) Notice that nothing you tried on (4) worked.
