A Google(mingw ""input line is too long") led to the following
suggestion:
Don't use mingw32-make. This is a horribly limited version of
make that won't work well with the CDT. Install msys and use
the make from there.
Someone else said:
Using CMake 2.4.2 to build MinGW Makefiles can lead to linking
errors when ViSP library is build like:
MinGW32-make: The input line is too long, error 255
This error has been fixed since CMake 2.4.3.
