That's exactly what I'm working on right now. The last problem I'm down to 
is to make the receiving of such a mail do stuff to the organizers task 
list.

Thanks a lot! That's exactly the info I was looking for. Now I'll just 
need to modify the vPartToHTML in KMail to make sure this is something 
the organizer can see.
