What I meant is: I've tried it with gentoo and KDE 4.1.3. I could compile 
kopete with wlm protocol, but when trying to setup my MSN Live account 
(create new one with scratch config of kopete) it said the protocol does not 
admin an account yet (a similar message). This is what I meant with how to 
enable it. I've not tried SVN yet, but, is it possible to use it on 4.1.3 
release?
