I write this size because msn ask for this size and because some of 
icons have
this size too :-)

Yes, I'm agree with you, but for those we have to resize it cannot be done
while "constructing" the tooltip because we are in an HTML view (AFAIK). 
We don't
have the "time" to open the image, read, calcul ... and set good tags if 
needed.

Maybe this job should be done when the user select the file ?
