Can I ask why 96x96? Is it because some odd protocol has such a restriction? I 
agree that so big photo is too big, and it should be made smaller. But I also 
think that under some reasonable size, it should be left as it is, lets say, 
what is smaller than 150 pixel would be OK and left. I do not like the idea 
of resizing every imager that comes from something, that does not have the 
restriction, and has a size 100x100 (many users will make such a size) to 
resize it to 96x96.

I think that the extremely big pictures should be resized, but the reasonable 
ones should be kept like they are.
