Matt is not talking about coding style...but about headers, and yes, I prefer 
code living under Kopete to share the same license headers that way you are 
sure they are clean. If we allow those Kdevelop autogenerated ones, it will 
happen someday that we will be releasing code copyrighted to "user1 
<user@localhost>"

What Matt refers with overcommenting is when comments says the same you can 
figure with the code, code whould be commented per block and not per line 
(unless a line is complicated enough)
