Hey, I have discovered another bug with this contact renaming, though I don't
know anything about this process so I can't recify it. Here is the process
(this is all while conncted to the MSN server)

1. I add a new MSN contact
2. The contact display name is blank, but it has all the right properties
3. *Two* MCs are created.. one in the group I specified to create in
(General), and one in Top Level. Both have blank display names. The contact
is placed into the one in top level (*not* the group I said)

Heres some debug output (replaced my friends user id with xxx):

kopete (msn): MSNSocket::slotReadyWrite: Sending command ADD 13 FL
xxx@hotmail.com xxx%40hotmail.com 1
kopete (msn):
kopete (msn): MSNSocket::slotReadLine: ADD 13 FL 227 xxx@hotmail.com
xxx%40hotmail.com 1
kopete: KopeteContact::KopeteContact: Creating contact with id xxx@hotmail.com
kopete: [void KopeteMetaContact::setDisplayName(const QString&)] Set new
contact name to , m_trackChildNameChanges=false
