Which is another reason to go. I had to meet everyone for the first time as
well at one point.

The hotel is paid for those who man the booth and there have been
arrangements for sleeping in the gym hall again like last year.

Visit Linux booths, get to know KDE developers, speak German, enjoy some
time away from daily troubles..
Of course you are right: LinuxTag is not important and when you are not
highly motivated to go or within the (mostly financial) position to go, you
shouldn't.
